Objective : Accountable for driving business operations & expansion strategy for Pan India

Job Profile:

- Forecasting business, driving sales, and maintaining P&L for the company

- Accountable for the P&L of the company.

- Drive top-line for each and every clinic using a mix of ATL and BTL.

- Planning for the network to maximize the business opportunity in the geography

- Lead the team of line leaders, Medical staff, and Patient counselors

- Work closely with the medical staff to understand the challenges and resolve to achieve business target

- Recruit new and manage business associates in keeping with the expectations of the organization.

- Establishing effective relationships with key associates

- Ensure that the Customer Experience is of the highest standard all the time

- Ensure implementation of all required retail processes, in terms of VM, Clinical maintenance, commercial and statutory requirements

- Drive network expansion across Pan India

- Retain talent through coaching and guidance

- Developing a continuous understanding of competition in a structured manner

- Developing a plan for the geography taking competition and company strengths into account.

Key Deliverables:

- Ensure that all the clinics in the region are profitable and achieve targeted top-line

- Clinic Metrics Achievement including Conversion, Audit and NP etc.

- High employee engagement scores in Pan India

- Expansion in relevant catchment towns in the market as planned.

- Like-to-like growth for existing stores

- Monitor clinic Operations & ensure 100% Commercial Compliance

- Device and implement customer experience programs

- Regular review with the team on planned vs actual

Qualification : MBA ( Tier 1 Institutes preferred)
