Role : Functional Testing – Banking Domain
Skills and attributes for success

• Hands on experience in financial services industry is necessary.
• Sound Knowledge of the banking domain (banking / financial services)
• Hands on with Payments, Funds Transfer, CoreBanking Solutions, Capital Market products.
• Exposure to Test Automation Frameworks – UI/API/Mobile
• Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Focused to understand and learn application/business functionality
• Strong understanding /working experience of analysing requirements and extracting test scenarios and test conditions from the business / functional requirements
• Should be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Experience of the test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM etc )
• Develop functional expertise on module assigned.
• Detailed Deliverables / Outputs expected of the successful candidate: • End to end testing – Involved in all the testing phases on the programme including designing and running test cases, defect management, monitoring & control and reporting amongst other things.
• Strong Reporting skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

• BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc./BSc.
• Functional Testing experience in Core Banking, Payments, Funds Transfers, Banking products, Capital Markets

• Should have excellent communication skills & should be able to articulate concisely & clearly
• Should be ready to do an individual contributor
• Strong appetite to learn new technologies and domain
• Excellent aptitude and logical reasoning skills
