We are looking for QC Junior Executive - Lacquering, Printing and Foiling & Metallization in Ahmedabad, Gujarat . Below are the details :- Experience :- 3 to 5 years\' experience as line QC technician/Chemist/Staff within a Perfume/Cosmetics/Personal Care Industry. Qualifications Required :- B.Sc. Chemistry / B.E Mech. Engineering Responsibilities :- To issue first start-up approval for new components (First article approval) and during every changeover in the shift in line with approved master reference. Pick-up samples from line hourly as per the sampling plan and perform inspection and necessary quality tests to ensure the acceptable quality of decorated packaging components (Lacquered, foiled printed and metallized) against standard spec and prepare QC report. To inform the Quality Executive/ Shift production supervisor when packaging components are found to be outside specification to take CAPA. To work according to safety guidelines and target and inform safety related issues to Quality Manager. To attend daily production meeting and coordinate with production to minimize/ eliminate quality issues. To maintain a high standard of hygiene and housekeeping in the own work area To maintain highest quality standards, ensure safe working practice and care for environment through total compliance with the guidelines and targets set in Health, Safety & Environment Skills :- Must have a logical and methodical approach to work and should have good spoken and written English. Should have good computer working knowledge on MS Office. Should have team Commitment, team building competency and develop others.
