Job Description

. Sample Testing & Analysis

Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Perform analyses using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, pH meter, titration units, etc.

Ensure results comply with specifications and industry standards.

2. Documentation & Reporting

Record test results, observations, and analytical data accurately in logbooks and LIMS.

Prepare COA (Certificate of Analysis) for finished products.

Maintain laboratory records in accordance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

3. Quality Compliance

Follow internal SOPs, safety protocols, and GLP/GMP guidelines.

Participate in internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.

4. Observation & Issue Handling

Report OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and deviations promptly.

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Assist in troubleshooting analytical methods or equipment issues.

5. Sample Management

Receive, label, and store samples correctly.

Maintain sample registers and retain sample storage systems.

Follow proper handling, disposal, and storage procedures for chemicals.

6. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with production, QA, R&D, and warehouse teams for sample testing and quality clearance.

Coordinate with vendors for instrument servicing or calibration.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
