Job Description
Surveillance check &raising NCR/Observation of contractor\'s work, Issuing punch points to loop files Organizing monthly quality meetings with PMC, Contractors, Reporting quality statistics to management. Carrying out vendor quality Inspection & improvement program by quality training to vendor\'s engineers, technical discussion with vendors prior to placement of purchase order. Identifying improvement areas by technical &QMS audits and highlighting the same to the top management in the review meeting. Established Welding Procedures for various materials like Structural Steel, LTCS, LAS, Stainless Steel. Proficient in maintaining quality standards for in process, incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective actions. Proven track record in implementing cost saving measures to develop manpower skills, safety measures and ensuring compliance of various quality measures.
