Job Description
JOB SCOPERole : QA/QC ManagerManaging product quality:-
- Deploying quality policies in the production unit in order to meet customer requirements, from the design phase through use of products and / or services, managing and monitoring actions on the ground
- Ensuring that product standards are in place, up-to-date and being applied Quality control of
- outgoing products in compliance with standards (sanitary, regulatory, sensory, etc.)
- Organising and leading the analysis and risk management system: HACCP, traceability, etc.
- Implementing a suitable documentary system and its updates and improvements
- Ongoing improvement of products in terms of quality
- Managing internal and external audits (Quality System, certifying bodies, customers, etc.)
- Defining, implementing and monitoring quality indicators
- Drawing up and communicating balanced scorecards
- Implementing on-site quality communication
- Alerting line personnel in the event of non-conforming situations
- Implementing training programmes for key players in the quality system and guaranteeing health and safety training for all production personnel, good manufacturing practices, problem-solving methods
