1. Follow Quality Policy and Objectives. 2. Co-ordinate in internal audit. 3. Maintain records of his work. 4. Carryout inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, at in process stages and finished products as per the quality plan. 5. Identification and segregation of non-conforming products during incoming, in-process and final stages and informing about the same to the concerned manager for further action. 6. Calibration of instruments and test equipments 7. Overall responsible for quality control related activities. Investigate and report cause of rejection and initiate the suggested remedial action to forge shop and machine shop 8. Monitor the inspection and testing and various stages. 9. Prepare and release quality plan/sampling plan for testing and inspection at various stages of operation. 10. He must be responsible for to issue test certificate as per EN 10204/3.1 11. To conduct all activities related to metallurgical quality in the manufacture of all products (including all forgings and machined components).. 12. To stop the production of non-conforming products.Deviation Approvals. 13. Laise with third party inspection agency. 14.To carryout all metallurgical tests required for the acceptance of Raw Material for production and toolings. 15. To co-ordinate with out-side testing agencies for chemical metallurgical tests as required. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9350,000.00 - 9500,000.00 per year Benefits:
