Job Description

Test Planning: Design, create, and implement test plans, strategies, scenarios, and test cases. Testing: Execute manual and automated tests, including functional, usability, integration, and performance testing. Bug Tracking: Find, document, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA, working with developers to troubleshoot and resolve them. Reporting: Analyze and report on test results, documenting progress and significant defects. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Process Improvement: Research new testing technologies and improve testing methodologies. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Technical: Knowledge of defect management tools (JIRA), SQL, databases, and automated testing frameworks. Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to catch minor flaws. Communication: Ability to clearly relay technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education: Often a degree in Computer Science or related fields, but practical skills and certifications are highly valued. Hiring for freshers
