End to End QA ownership of the products. Define, implement and ensure that product quality goals
are meets that includes but is not limited to functionality, UX, performance, stress, stability, and reliability.
Setup best in class QA processes for early detection of bugs and zero-defect leakages
Strong focus on automation, CI/CD, and process improvement.
Coordinate with product stakeholders to plan QA activities and administer QA deliverables on a day to-day basis.
Create QA plans that have clear, measurable success criteria, and communicate progress and
outcomes.
Drive best practices on the team, deal with ambiguity and competing objectives, and proactively
identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
Define, measure, and improve Key Performance Indicators for the team
Hire and develop a high performing QA and SDET team
Provide a very \xe2\x80\x98Hands-on\xe2\x80\x99 technical leadership and mentoring for engineers in the team.
Create an environment to foster the professional and personal growth of each engineer in the team.
Ability to articulate the QA strategy to cross-functional teams.
Ensure timely response and resolutions to relevant site operations and support escalations.
Write effective narratives and present them concisely and effectively to senior leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelors in Technology, Engineering, or equivalent (BE/BTech/BS). Computer Science preferred.
10+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering of which 1+ years in a QA Manager role in
a product company.
Strong people management skills with a proven track record in hiring and developing a QA and
SDET team
Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in an agile development environment.
Strong QA background in defining and leading effective QA processes
Proven track record in implementing automated testing tools, frameworks, and CI/CD.
Experience in automation testing of web services (REST, SOAP)/website/Mobile app
Experience working on an open-source testing tool/framework like Selenium, TestNG, pytest, etc.
Experience working on Linux/Unix environment
Basic Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Caching, and pub-sub technologies
