Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure quality standards across brewing, fermentation, filtration, packaging, and storage processes Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products Perform sensory evaluations (taste, aroma, appearance) and basic lab testing (pH, gravity, alcohol, microbiology as applicable) Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI / ISO 22000 / HACCP / GMP (as applicable) Maintain accurate quality records, batch reports, and test results Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformities; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections Assist in supplier quality evaluation and raw material approval Promote quality awareness and hygiene practices on the shop floor
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Brewing Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance within a brewery, beverage, or food manufacturing environment Knowledge of brewing processes and beverage quality parameters Familiarity with food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSAI, etc.) Basic laboratory testing and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills

Experience in craft brewery or alcoholic beverage production Exposure to microbiological testing and sensory analysis Audit handling experience
Work Environment

Production floor, laboratory, and warehouse settings Shift-based work may be require.
