If it sounds like you belong here, we should meet! QA Engineer - Integrations PAR is an advanced consumer of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and CRM. We are starting to build FO and CRM development teams in India and are looking for QA Engineers to be members of these scrum teams. If you are enthusiastic about QA and have experience doing so for D365 FO or CRM development, then this opportunity is for you! Why We Need You Design test strategies and test cases for complex systems and execute several types of testing, e.g., functional, integration, end-to-end, on web and mobile platforms Determine appropriate quality goals and acceptance criteria Partner with our internal Product Management team, business process owners, and QA Test Analysts to write, schedule, and execute the UAT plan for each sprint Work with Test Analysts to create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to meet software release deliverables, project testing requirements, and other quality assurance considerations Ensure unexpected anomalies or defects identified in testing are documented, providing sufficient details to understand and replicate the issue. Conduct test case reviews and ensure requirements traceability, proper coverage Champion best practices for Agile testing - share knowledge and help build skills of other team members What We Are Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, relevant industry certification, and 2+ years of proven experience in QA testing, including defining test strategy, planning, test case design, and execution, but we are flexible depending on your experience 2+ years\' QA experience for Microsoft Dynamics 365 based applications in Finance & Operations (F&O) D365 / 2012(R2, R3) or experience in any ERP Ability to understand JSON and XML formats - experience with API testing tools is a must Experience/knowledge in cloud based applications - SQL, Microsoft Azure, Azure Logic Apps Power apps, Postman, Selenium, Webservices is a must Experience working in an Agile environment leveraging the SCRUM methodology. Work with a sense of urgency that leans toward action, exhibit ownership in your sphere of influence, and prioritize the most impactful outcomes Candidate must be a collaborator and will be working closely with developers, Functional BA Team, and other fellow QA members. Must be flexible in collaborating with team members at all levels of experience Work closely with product owners and business analysts in defining acceptance criteria, estimating the testing effort, supporting user acceptance tests, and ensuring on-time closure of defects Have good analytical skills - ability to identify missing requirements and drive discussions around testing need with product owners and business users Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
