Experience Atleast 5 to 8+ years relevant technical work experience, with following key responsibilities


Design and develop performance test scripts using Apache JMeter or equivalent tools.


Create robust test scenarios including load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests.


Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand performance goals.


Build reusable and modular JMeter components for different test scenarios.


Simulate user loads and analyze system behavior under different loads and conditions.


Monitor server and application metrics using tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Kibana.


Collect and analyze performance data, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations.


Generate clear and concise performance reports with actionable insights.


Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning efforts with the DevOps and Infra teams.


Maintain and enhance performance test frameworks and CI/CD integrations.


Technical Skills


3+ years of hands-on experience with JMeter scripting for web, API, or database testing.


Strong understanding of HTTP protocol, REST APIs, cookies, session management, and thread modeling.


Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.) and version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket).


Understanding of load generators, test data strategy, and environment setup.


Ability to read and interpret application logs, stack traces, and system metrics for troubleshooting.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Good to Have Skills


Experience with cloud-based load testing (e.g., BlazeMeter, AWS/GCP/Azure Load Testing tools).


Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).


Knowledge of performance testing in microservices architecture.


Familiarity with SQL queries and DB performance
