Job Description

We re looking for a passionate Automation Tester who thrives on ensuring software quality through smart scalable and efficient test automation You ll be responsible for designing developing and maintaining automation frameworks to deliver reliable and high performing applications


Key Responsibilities


Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for web mobile and API testing


Create and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium Playwright Cypress Appium


Develop API automation tests using Postman RestAssured Karate Newman


Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test requirements and ensure high quality releases


Execute functional regression integration and performance tests


Integrate automated tests into CI CD pipelines e g Jenkins GitLab CI or GitHub Actions


Track log and manage defects through tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps


Provide clear QA metrics reports and feedback on release readiness


Required Skills amp Qualifications


Hands on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium Playwright or Cypress


Strong programming skills in Java Python or JavaScript for automation scripting


Experience with API testing tools frameworks Postman RestAssured Karate etc


Familiarity with test management tools JIRA TestRail Zephyr or Xray


Understanding of CI CD tools Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI


Working knowledge of version control systems Git Bitbucket


Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC STLC


Preferred Skills


Experience in performance testing JMeter LoadRunner or K6


Exposure to BDD frameworks like Cucumber or Behave


Knowledge of cloud based testing platforms BrowserStack Sauce Labs


Familiarity with API mocking and test data management tools


Experience in testing microservices and containerized applications Docker Kubernetes
