Each member of our team is expected to be self-motivated with established interests and experience in Testing large Enterprise applications. This role works within a team of software testers responsible for building, testing and maintaining next-generation customer facing applications in support of eDiscovery business processes. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor QA automation team that develops QA automation using Selenium & Java.
• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues.
• Develop test matrix, define scope and document testing plans.
• Implement Process and Strategy Management for testing during and after feature release.
• Define quality confidence levels and deliver regular reporting.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Review and manage test case writing.
• Coordinate testing activities performed by the team.
• Supervise and guide other staff to learn testing procedures and ensure consistency across team members.
• Maintain detailed testing and quality records and relevant documentation.
• Editing and upkeep of test suites.
• Develop deep technical and market-based expertise on our core and future products.
• Review any new functional requirements and prepare testing plans and scope.
• Defining regression testing scope.
• Execute testing plans and provide feedback to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications:

• 4+ yrs. of experience in designing and implementing solutions for test automation using Selenium and Java
• Experience in load runner will be a plus.
• BS degree in Computer Science, or Math or Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role.
• Experience leading a team and managing test plans and execution.
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
• Exposure to different testing patterns, frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
• Experience in an agile software development environment, with rapid feedback loops and quick release cycles.
• Persistent and Proactive.
• Curiosity and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a results driven approach.
• Insatiable desire to improve skills and knowledge of self and others.
• Experience with JIRA and Zephyr.
• Experience developing and testing on multitier and SAAS platforms is a plus.
• MS SQL Server is a plus.

Experience

• Six years of quality assurance experience.
• Will consider a fresher with strong QA skills.
