Why Argus You can be part of a leading company in the automotive industry You can help save lives You can work with cool challenging technology You can make an impact & help change the world Job description: Lead a team of 4-6 automation engineers for a cutting edge Cyber Security projects Lead all communication and coordination with the Argus team Responsible for defining and implementing an effective test strategy, QA process and procedures for multidisciplinary automotive cybersecurity products Recruiting, mentoring and managing the day-to-day activities of Automation team members Participate in the technical design, development, and testing of new features and products Requirements 3+ years as a QA technical lead. 4 to 7 years of experience in testing and automating Software/Embedded solutions 5+years of experience in automation infrastructure including hands-on experience. 3+ years of hands-on Python experience Experience working within a Linux environments with scripting skills Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Excellent team collaboration and communication skills Good english Advantages Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related field/technology unit graduate with relevant experience - a major advantage Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Development (CD) process (including usage of Jenkins & GIT) Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes Experience in the Cybersecurity field Skills & Experience Agile Scrum Development, Continuous Integrations, Cybersecurity, Good communication and presentation skills, Linux Environments, Python (Programming Language), QA Automation, QA Automation Lead/Mgr, Version Management Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
