BPM DeveloperDesigner Test Automation Engineer APS

The Purpose of your role Advanced Process Solutions APS business unit is looking for combination of BPM DevelopmentDesigning Test Automation skills to help build and test technology solutions that are critical to strategic digitation efforts of the firm. We are seeking a skilled and proactive BPM DeveloperDesigner with strong experience in test automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing business process workflows using BPM tools, integrating systems, and implementing automated testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of BPM applications.The Team

As part of the Advanced Process Solutions division within Investments, you will join a team of highly motivated talented individuals tasked with building and maintaining workflow platform. This includes resolving platform technical needs, working with product owners and architects to determine the best technology choices and strategies to ensure success, and implementing solutions in a fastpaced, agile environment.

The Expertise You Have

Proficiency in an OOPS programming language like JAVA, Python etc and scripting languagesJavaScript, Groovy etc

Handson experience in BPM development and building test automation suites for testing out BPM solutions.

Handson expertise with test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit.

Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI and Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner

Strong knowledge of BPMN 2 0 and process modeling best practices.

Experience with BPM platforms such as Camunda, Appian, Pega, or IBM BPM.

Working knowledge of Agile methodology

Exposure to business process improvement or business process reengineering projects

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.

Experience with CICD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

Proficiency in automating and digitizing business processes, leveraging modern architectures and best practices.
