Role Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Dev QA Automation professional who can design, implement, and execute automation testing frameworks for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development knowledge, hands-on QA automation expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with Salesforce developers and architects to understand business requirements and translate them into test automation strategies.
• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce applications (UI, API, and integration testing).
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Provar, or similar.
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for Salesforce modules.
• Validate Salesforce customizations, configurations, and third-party integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to ensure QA coverage.
• Document defects, track resolutions, and ensure closure with the development team.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to best practices in QA automation.

Technical Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of total IT experience with at least 3-4 years in Salesforce QA Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL).
• Proficiency in automation tools: Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, REST Assured.
• Strong scripting skills in Java/Python/JavaScript for automation.
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, REST Assured).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
