Description
We are looking for a Java Lead with strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, solutioning for RFPs, and leading end-to-end technical delivery in cloud-native environments.
Requirements

• Backend: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Microservices, Dropwizard, Jersey, Jetty.
• Database & Persistence: MySQL, Distributed Persistence, Kubernetes Operators.
• Messaging: RabbitMQ
• Cloud & Deployment: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Harness.
• Security: OAuth2, SAML2, Auth0, Identity Management.
• Other: Git, defect management, software testing, release processes.

Job responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 7-10 engineers.
• Work closely with client stakeholders and product teams for technical feasibility and solutioning.
• Define, review, and ensure high-quality design and development deliverables.
• Implement microservices-based solutions with strong focus on scalability and performance.
• Oversee deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Ensure compliance with authentication, authorization, and auditing standards.
