Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and tools.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to test strategy and planning.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and drive implementation.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results clearly and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Should have BDD cucumber framework experience
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python or similar.
• Experience with REST API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or JIRA.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools is a plus (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Preferred Skills:

• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
