Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask). Design and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- frontend, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps. Utilize AI-based tools and frameworks to streamline development or automate tasks. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment. Optimize code and database performance for scalability and reliability. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Desired Candidate profile :

Strong hands-on experience in Python with frameworks like Django, FastAPI and Flask. Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and working with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases. Familiarity with AI tools or libraries (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar) to enhance development productivity or integrate intelligent features. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices using tools like GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI. Good understanding of Docker, Git, and version control workflows. Basic understanding of front-end integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
