JAVA FULL STACK TRAINER Responsibilities: Developing Training Curriculum: Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum covering Java full stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies. Conducting Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions to individuals or groups, ensuring a clear understanding of concepts and practical applications.
Cover various aspects of full stack development, including Java frameworks, databases, APIs, front-end libraries, etc. Hands-on Coding Workshops: Organize and lead hands-on coding workshops to enhance practical skills and understanding of Java technologies. Providing Guidance:Offer guidance and mentorship to trainees to support their learning journey and address any challenges they encounter. Assessment and Feedback:Evaluate trainee performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Staying Updated with Industry Trends:Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Java full stack development. Documentation:Prepare training materials, documentation, and resources to supplement training sessions and aid self-paced learning. Collaboration:Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the training program based on feedback and changing industry needs. Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in Java full stack development.

Prior experience as a trainer or in a teaching/mentoring role is a plus.

• Skills: Proficiency in Java, Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate), and related technologies.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs.
