Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation consultancy, seeks Python Full Stack Developer to join our global delivery team's Industry Analytics practice in India.

What's the Role?

The Python Full Stack Developer position will be part of our Industry Analytics practice, focused on delivering best of breed technology solutions to support discovery of actionable business insights for Exusia's clients, and contributing to innovation within the company.

As a Python Full Stack Developer, you will apply your expertise to assist our client with the development of full stack applications in a CI/CD model on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud environments. You will play a key role in the creation and orchestration of a CI/CD Pipeline.

In this role, the candidate will be designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements.



Criteria for the Role!

Experience in building frameworks to support - logging, error processing, scheduling, etc.

Ability to integrate and use the new tech stack (cloud-based technologies) to build new applications

Development of high-quality programming deliverables in a self-contained, module format

Develop in a highly demanding environment and provide hands-on guidance to other team members.

Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements, ensuring client satisfaction with the product.

Manage the build phase quality assurance code to confirm fulfillment of business/technical requirements and adherence to coding standards

Resolve difficult design and development issues.

Identify areas of improvement, and review application performance

Utilize leadership skills and initiative to stay abreast of emerging technologies and rapidly ramp up on new platforms/frameworks.

Requires excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when interacting with business users.

The successful candidate would need to have 5+yrs of experience and should possess a broad set of capabilities, depth of knowledge and variety of experiences. The competency needs for this role are as follows.

Must Have-

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or engineering with 5+ years of experience in a software development

Proficiency in Python

Experience working with cloud-based commercial API solutions

Experience implementing and consuming Web Service technologies/APIs (REST, JSON)

Experience creating microservices, and other self-contained modules

Must have Kubernetes and Docker experience in building, delivering, and scaling containerized apps.

Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, SQS, RDS, etc.)

Understanding of CI/CD tools

Knowledge of SQL with any RDBMS

Familiarity with scheduling and orchestration

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership skills and a self-starter

Nice-to-Have Skills

AWS or Azure certification

Experience operating under an Agile Scrum delivery methodology

Ability to solution with a wide variety of open-source technologies

Ability to provide scalable and robust solution architecture depending on client needs

Ability to compare tools & technologies, and present a knowledgeable recommendation

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

In-depth understanding and prior work experience within the Healthcare industry is a plus

Ability and desire to adapt within a fast-paced work environment
