Collaborate with other educators to create an integrated and comprehensive learning experience. Maintain regular communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child\'s development and progress. Engage in continuous professional development in the IB pedagogy. Uphold the standards and practices set by the IB organization. Actively participate in school activities, contributing to the school\'s community spirit. Qualifications: Proven experience in teaching, preferably within the IB PYP framework. Familiarity with inquiry-based and student-centered learning approaches. Excellent planning, organizational, and teaching skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Dedication to personal and professional growth within the IB framework. A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Education, with a preference for additional IB-specific certifications. Valid teaching certification or licensure.
