As an IB EYP Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for young learners. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Education or related field. IB PYP or EYP certification preferred. Proven experience working with young learners in an IB or international school setting. Excellent knowledge of the IB curriculum and its implementation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and differentiate instruction to meet individual needs. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Roles And Responsibilities Create a positive and nurturing learning environment for young learners in the IB EYP program. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the IB curriculum. Facilitate the holistic development of students through activities that promote intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth. Monitor and assess students\' progress and provide timely feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create an integrated and cohesive learning experience for students. Establish effective communication with parents and actively involve them in their child\'s education. Maintain accurate records of students\' attendance, behavior, and academic performance. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices.
