Job summary
The HR Business Partner will work with the CS teams to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. As a partner to the identified client group, you will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.

Key job responsibilities
Work with senior managers at Del18 site to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
Work closely with Ops managers and other HRBPs to create and sustain positive ER environment in the Del18 site; for identified business groups.
Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
Provide management coaching to front line managers and senior leaders.
Assess business unit's HR training needs and conduct 1:1 and group training sessions as appropriate.
Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
Assisting with roll out of new initiatives and projects including compensation strategy, performance management, talent management and career development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, high quality document and report preparation
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as an active member of both business and HR teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Basic understanding of Central and state employment and labor laws
Strong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles.
