Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the production of one-pack stabilisers and super one-pack stabilisers tailored for PVC and CPVC applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and practical knowledge of production processes, quality control, and scale-up for stabiliser manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full production cycle of one-pack and super one-pack stabilisers. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements. Ensure adherence to production schedules and manage troubleshooting of technical production issues. Maintain documentation and reports related to production metrics, process consistency, and regulatory compliance. Mentor and guide junior production staff in specialized stabiliser production techniques.
Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in production of one-pack and super one-pack stabilisers for PVC and CPVC products. Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes related to stabilisers. Experience with process optimization and quality control in a chemical production environment. Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance in chemical production. Technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
