i have vacancy for the post of Technical Operations Analyst

Position : Technical Operations Analyst

Working location: Work from home

Shift : Night shift(9 PM 6 AM)

As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for

1. Research various real estate properties.

2. You will be working directly with Elite\'s customers, vendors/HOA and various cross-department teams.

3. Research public records via various websites and contact necessary agencies for needed information, and

compile all found information into a PDF report. With assistance from our quality control team, you will be

responsible for the accuracy and details of your findings.

4. Effectively communicate requirements and actively track the timely receipt of outstanding due diligence items

and coordinate resolution of issues as needed to meet closing timelines.

5. Review property and coordinate for corrections as needed.

6. Execute funding process including the finalization and transmittal of final HOA documents, verification of

document execution, and wiring procedures.

7. Review and validate order and sales contract information sources (order forms, agreements, POs, approvals) for

completeness and accuracy in accordance with processing SLAs and booking policies.

8. Ensure the accuracy of booked orders regarding the order, sales contract, and sales account data in the

CRM/Workflow systems.

9. Facilitate provisioning of new accounts and/or services and work with Operations to investigate and resolve any

provisioning issues.

10. Provide operational support to sales and other teams with regard to the order lifecycle.

11. Collect data on HOAs through online findings & calling and consolidate information into workflow systems.

12. Use online market research and online findings in databases

13. Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate.
