Role Description This is a full-time Purchasing Assistant role located on-site in Surat. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating purchase orders, communicating with suppliers and vendors, and assisting with procurement in support of the company\'s operations. Qualifications Proficient in purchasing processes and purchase orders Excellent communication skills, including active listening, verbal and written communication, and negotiation Experience in purchasing and procurement Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
