Roles and Responsibilities- Communicating with Projects Head & other department personnel regularly, to assess purchase needs.- New vendor development, maintaining vendor records & vendor selection (obtaining quotations, negotiations & preparing vendor comparison statements).- PO management - Generating POs where required, tracking PO performance & maintaining purchase records.- Communicating with Projects to confirm product delivery, installation & quality check.- Approving vendor bills and processing vendor payments.Required Skills and Work Experience : - Candidate should be from a PEB supplier or PEB Manufacturing company.- 3-5 years- experience in a Purchase role (including vendor development).- Effective listening, communication (verbal and written) and outstanding negotiation skills.- Strong commercial and financial acumen. Should be proactive & work well with little supervision.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).- Candidate should have experienced in purchasing Sheet Metal Fabrication items (Mandatory)- Candidate should have experience in manufacturing industry enabling him to understand engineering products (Mandatory)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per monthSchedule:
