YWCA of Delhi has projects and programs through which it provides safe places to working women and has working women\xe2\x80\x99s Hostels, shelter homes, has vocational training institutes, engages in advocacy for gender justice, promotes child rights, works towards ending violence against women and empowering them while creating awareness about their individual rights. Qualifications and skills :
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience of 5+ years in a similar position.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent networking and time management skills.
- The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
- The ability to follow client specifications.
- Proficiency in the MS office (Excel, Tally etc) & making reports.
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Preparation of Work Orders
- Prep ration of Comparatives
- To make sure timely submission of bills to the accounts department
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as per requisition
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with market trends
- Align with the HODs/Coordinators of Departments
- Day shift
