Job Description

Strategic Sourcing:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for APIs and raw materials, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Supplier Management:
Identify, qualify, and onboard new domestic and international suppliers, and build strong, long-term relationships.
Negotiation:
Lead high-value negotiations for favorable pricing, terms, and credit conditions, and manage contracts with suppliers.
Compliance and Quality:
Ensure all procurement activities and materials comply with pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, EU) and that suppliers meet quality standards.
Logistics and Import/Export:
Manage import logistics, including coordination with customs, shipping lines, and airlines, and ensure timely clearance of materials.
Risk Mitigation:
Monitor global market trends, regulatory changes, and pricing dynamics to manage risks and implement dual-sourcing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Production, R&D, and Finance, to meet their requirements.
Cost Management:
Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage the procurement budget effectively.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
