ASSIT.MANAGER- PURCHASE Key responsibilities \xef\x82\xb7 Achieved cost-effective procurement outcomes by establishing strong relationships with vendors and partners, and negotiating well. \xef\x82\xb7 To coordinate with different departments for planning of purchase of various products. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure smooth, timely development and delivery of materials with quality compliances. \xef\x82\xb7 Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance. \xef\x82\xb7 Expertise in developing vendors, reducing the cost of procurement of material. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and execute procurement strategies for purchasing of manufactured items and raw materials, packing material and gifts item. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that we have a strong supplier network with multiple suppliers. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring there is ZERO plant downtime for want of material \xef\x82\xb7 Ensured that all purchase operations were performed in accordance with company policies and procedures. \xef\x82\xb7 To have Communication with suppliers, regarding shortages, rejection etc., reported by the store department. \xef\x82\xb7 To maintain uninterrupted flow of materials to support the development schedule and production plan. \xef\x82\xb7 Liaison with accounts department for timely payment of bills. \xef\x82\xb7 Keep inform to the management like under stock, over stock and damage stock. Checking of daily stock position. \xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible to create Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) in SAP. \xef\x82\xb7 To maintain all data regarding vendors, products, trackers etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Arranging logistic for all ex works materials. \xef\x82\xb7 Overall responsibility of physical stock v/ s SAP stock daily & Monthly basis. & Minimum Inventory of Raw/packing material. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain, Maximum & Minimum Stock Level, and identify the Fast, Slow, Non Moving Materials and plan their inventory accordingly.
