Position - Purchase Manager
Industry - Leading Real Estate Company.
Reports To - Head Operations.
Location - Noida:
Purchase right quality at the right cost. Ensure timely delivery.Major Accountabilities : -
- Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis and present to the management.
- Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.
- Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.
- Transfer excess dead stock to other sites.
- Create Relationships with vendor by finding out their performance from market and undertake joint
- Improvement projects with them.
- Effective coordination with all sites. Regular site visits.
- Creating strong networking within and outside the organization.
- Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targetsPotential Challenges : -
- Expert in construction material Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.
- Enhance value of the product / services and make annual rate contracts obtain alternate products / vendors or substituting the OEM's.
- He should have Good negotiation skills / presentation skill for effective coordination with all sites.
