Job Description

They must have product management experience in the agriculture field and have knowledge about various products and their market position. Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with the agriculture product line\xe2\x80\x99s components and their potential impact on the market as a whole.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for products.
• Evaluate market competition and product positioning.
• Understanding and representing user needs
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
• Defining a vision for agricultural products such as seeds, pesticides, and hardware.
• Organize meetings with companies and suppliers to find quality products.
• Write a go-to-market summary for specific products and introduce them to the rest of the department.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and support to ensure product needs and after-sales quality ratings and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Requirements:

• A passion for agriculture.
• You must have experience in agricultural product purchasing in various categories such as seeds, pesticides, and hardware.
• ready to travel around companies and suppliers.
• must have good knowledge of the agriculture market and industry.
