Coordinate material procurement as per requisitions and inventory requirements.
Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Maintain proper records including POs, GRNs, invoices, and ERP/Tally entries.
Collaborate with Production, Stores, and Accounts for smooth purchase operations.
Verify quality and specifications
of purchased materials as per standards.
Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchase and Vendor Sourcing in any industry
