Job Description
Title : - Purchase Executive - Real Estate / Construction Experience : - 3 - 6 Yrs Location : - Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune : -
- Purchase of construction materials.
- Research potential vendors
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Prepare cost analysis
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
- Knowledge of ERP Software
- Maintain Purchase bills entries in tally
- Follow up with suppliers regarding unpaid & returns
- Maintain daily report record in register
- Candidates having 5-10 yrs of exp.as a purchase executive coming from real estate or building constructions.
