Job Description

A Purchase Executive manages the entire buying process for a company, focusing on sourcing goods/services, negotiating with suppliers for best prices/terms, managing inventory, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality, all while optimizing costs and supporting business goals through strategic procurement and vendor relations. They handle purchase orders, track deliveries, analyze market trends, and build strong supplier relationships to guarantee uninterrupted supply. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Vendor Management:

Finding new suppliers, negotiating contracts, prices, and terms.

Inventory & Demand Planning:

Forecasting needs and optimizing stock levels to avoid shortages.

Order Processing:

Preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions.

Cost & Quality Control:

Ensuring high quality while achieving cost savings and maintaining profit margins.

Logistics & Delivery:

Coordinating with distribution centers for smooth, timely product flow.

Market Research:

Staying updated on trends and competitor pricing.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate purchase, delivery, and invoice records.
Skills Required

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Analytical skills for cost and market analysis. Attention to detail for record-keeping. Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
