Kerala Cafe is a renowned multi chain restaurant group with its presence in Mumbai, Pune , Kerala & Bangalore known for its authentic Kerala cuisine, providing a delightful dining experience with a focus on traditional flavors and warm hospitality.

Purchase Executive Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in line with company policies and approvals. Ensure proper verification, documentation, and closure of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming materials. Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to various outlets. Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the store/warehouse team and ensure stock replenishment as per consumption. Ensure procurement of fresh, high-quality ingredients in line with food safety and hygiene standards. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve cost efficiency and reliability. Track and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and seasonal availability of raw materials. Ensure proper documentation, billing, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with the Accounts team for timely vendor payments and reconciliation. Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Store teams to meet outlet-specific requirements. Regularly review supplier performance and recommend alternatives if needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 1-2 year experience in hospitality industry Proficiency in the relevant management software programs. Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment. The ability to follow client specifications. Excellent networking and time management skills.
