Tud Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Purchase Executive

to manage and oversee procurement activities for our interior design projects. The role involves sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely procurement, cost control, and maintaining accurate purchase records. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work closely with project, design, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end procurement of materials required for interior design projects, including furniture, fittings, finishes, hardware, electrical items, and decor products. Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery. Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor quotations in coordination with internal departments. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality. Coordinate with site teams, designers, and project managers to understand material requirements and procurement timelines. Ensure timely delivery of materials at site or warehouse as per project schedules. Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, rate comparisons, and documentation in the company's CRM or ERP system. Track purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and resolve supply-related issues or delays. Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification, GRNs, and payment processing. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards. Monitor market trends, material availability, and price fluctuations to support informed purchasing decisions.

Required Skills and Competencies



Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. Good knowledge of interior design materials, vendors, and local markets. Ability to multitask and manage multiple purchase orders simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Excel, basic documentation, and purchase tracking systems. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle site-based coordination when required.

Qualification and Experience



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchase roles, preferably in interior design, construction, or real estate industry. Freshers with relevant internship or site exposure may also be considered.
