Required - Purchase Executive

Location: Surat,

Industry- food Industry

Must have experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchase and procurement roles, preferably in the food industry

Salary. 15k 20k

Collect Purchase Demands

Communicate with various departments to collect purchase demands and requirements.

Consolidate purchase requests from different stakeholders.

Create Purchase Orders

Generate purchase orders for fixed items and approved vendors.

Obtain necessary approvals from reporting personnel before finalising orders.

Order Management

Transfer orders for non-fixed items to the respective stakeholders and Ensure that orders are given to vendors on time.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all purchase-related documentation

Document Oversight

Check and oversee all purchase documents.

Verify accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

Inventory Management

Implement and maintain the FIFO (First In, First Out) system in the Raw Material Warehouse.

Regularly monitor stock levels and coordinate with stakeholders to prevent shortages.

Optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage and handling.

Reporting

Generate and maintain purchase reports, including season stock reports.

Compile metrics reports on factors such as Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), minimum quantity level, ABC Analysis, Stock Turnover Ratio, Lead Time Demand, and any other parameters

Stock Audit

Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal audit teams to address and rectify any issues.
