Verify received goods against orders and inspect for quality.

Ensure all purchases comply with the school's budget.
Prepare cost analyses and reports on purchases.
Implement strategies for cost optimization.
Inventory and record-keeping:
Maintain updated records of all purchased items, delivery information, and invoices.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage of items.
Reporting and strategy:
Develop and implement procurement strategies.
Generate reports on purchasing activities to track performance and KPIs.
Key skills and qualifications
Proven experience in purchasing, with strong vendor sourcing and evaluation skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using purchasing software and standard office software.
Analytical skills for cost analysis and reporting.
Ability to understand supply chain procedures.
