Job Description

Managing

procurement of goods and services

as per hotel requirements Sourcing and negotiating with

vendors and suppliers

for best quality and price Preparing and processing

purchase orders (POs)

Ensuring timely delivery of materials and services Maintaining

vendor records, rate contracts, and agreements

Monitoring

stock levels

to avoid shortage or overstocking Coordinating with

Stores, Accounts, and all departments

Verifying

GRNs, invoices, and bills

before submission to Accounts Ensuring compliance with

company policies and audit requirements

Maintaining

purchase reports and documentation

Supporting cost control and budget adherence Handling emergency and local purchases when required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
