Dear candidate WE have urgent openings for the post of Purchase Engineer.

• Qualifications required : A Degree/Diploma in a relevant Engineering subject (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).

Job Responsibilities:

• Float enquiries for each & every product to their source of supply

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Coordination with local supplier for purchase, delivery schedule, packing details and dispatches.
• Coordinating with International Clients regarding fresh enquiries/orders and matters related to export shipments, this includes replying to fresh enquiries of existing clients and new clients.
• Preparing costing before sending any offer to the oversea client.
• Preparation and providing Proforma Invoices to clients upon receipt of new orders from the client.
• Follow-up with the client regarding advance.
• Maintaining Vendor & Customer records related to the export shipments and order details into internal databases.
• Export \xe2\x80\x93Import Shipments Planning, Pre & Post shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with forwarder and Shipping line for shipment booking & Freight negotiation and Shipment Departure and Arrival for smooth shipment routing
• Preparation of MIS report related to Export-Import.
• Co-ordination between Vendor, Customer, Accounts, Logistics, Ware House Team...

Desired Candidate :

• Male / female with Strong verbal communication skills with an excellent command over English language and should be computer literate.
• Basic knowledge of Computer (Word, Excel) is essential.
• Good in email correspondence.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain .
