The Purchase cum Storekeeper is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services as well as overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory. This role ensures that materials are purchased cost-effectively and stored securely while maintaining accurate records of stock levels and purchases.
Key Responsibilities:Purchasing Duties:
Identify reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Negotiate price, delivery, and payment terms with vendors.
Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays.
Maintain vendor records and evaluate vendor performance regularly.
Storekeeping Duties:
Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods and materials.
Organize and maintain stock in a clean, safe, and accessible manner.
Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Issue materials to departments as per requisition slips.
Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as needed.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase and inventory records.
Generate regular inventory and purchase reports for management.
Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice processing and vendor payments.

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
