About the job We are looking to hire an experienced Caf Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cafs across Bangalore/Mumbai To be successful as a caf manager, you should demonstrate exemplary management and leadership skills and ensure that the caf staff carries out all duties efficiently. Ultimately, an exceptional caf manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training, and supervising caf staff.
- Required experience in QSR.
- Maximize restaurant's sales performance and drive profits.
- Wastage control measures.
- Forecast of the stock in order to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
- Must have knowledge of P & L
- Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
- Receiving delivered caf supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.
- Taking inventory of caf supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
- Suggesting new items based on customers' preferences and feedback.
- Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Hotel Management or Hospitality is advantageous.
- Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Schedule: Rotational shift
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)
