Experience :7+Year in chemical/Petrochemical/Paints industry

Job responsibilities:

overall Responsible for electrical maintenance in whole plant

Responsible for handling of overall manpower & shift scheduling.

Installation and Programming of VFD & maintenance & operation of ACB &VCB .

Liaisoning work, Drafting and Communicating with government bodies like PGVCL,GETCO, Electrical Inspector on various legal compliance related applications like load, Reduction, Charging certificates and approva Maintenance of A.C & D.C motors & Pumps & Transformers upto 3500 KVA

Confirming Breakdown & preventive orders in SAP also raising purchase requisitions

Maintenance of A.C & D.C motors Operation & maintenance dg sets upto 1500 KVA (Cummins & Kirloskar)

Installation & maintenance of all kind of motor starters Like D.O.L, Star-Delta, Soft Starter etc.

Monitoring and Facilitating POWER TRADING and OPEN ACCESS.

Installation & maintenance of all kind of motor starters Like D.O.L, Star-Delta, Auto-Transformer, Soft Starter etc.

Installation and Programming of VFD & maintenance & operation of A.C.B, V.C.B ETC.

Conducting internal Audits quarterly for the company and even have to face audits as an auditee during internal and external audits INTERNAL AUDITOR for HALAL CERTIFICATION COMMITTEE in the company.

Also imparting service as Deputy Management Representative which includes organizing and conducting INTERNAL AUDITS every 6 months and overseeing implementation of ISO(9000, 14000,18000 & 22000)in company premises.
