We are seeking an experienced Public Relations (PR) Manager with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the BFSI domain and a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with journalists and media outlets. As a PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR initiatives to enhance the companys reputation, drive brand awareness, and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

\xe2\xa6\x81 Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry, staying abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Translate complex financial and industry topics into compelling and accessible narratives for media consumption

\xe2\xa6\x81 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media influencers within the BFSI sector.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Proactively engage with key media contacts to secure positive coverage, manage interviews, and facilitate media partnerships.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across various channels.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Create press releases, media kits, and other communication materials showcasing the companys achievements, innovations, and thought leadership.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Develop and maintain crisis communication plans, ensuring the organization is prepared to respond effectively to any unforeseen challenges.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Act as a spokesperson during crises and manage communication to minimize reputational damage.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Oversee the planning and execution of PR events, conferences, and product launches

\xe2\xa6\x81 Identify speaking opportunities for key executives at relevant industry events.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Provide regular reports on PR activities, coverage, and impact on brand perception.

Requirements

\xe2\xa6\x81 Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with BFSI journalists and media outlets.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Ability to work collaboratively across departments and at various organizational levels.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Familiarity with digital PR tools and social media platforms.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

\xe2\xa6\x81 Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
