Analysis and identification of transaction processing risk factors.
Having basis banking knowledge and having good command on Finacle,Siebel etc.
Comfortable in coordination with different departments for routine work.
Daily reporting of various MIS\xe2\x80\x99s to top management.
Job Requirement
To have in-depth knowledge on basic banking and process understand to seamlessly manage customer queries.
To provide solutions to the Branches / internal clients to seamlessly facilitate their day-to-day transactions.
To have expertise in New Government Account A/c opening. Complete documentation for New accounts opened & Modification request.
To be effective in Service delivery, business analytics and operations.
Timely processing of the approvals as per TAT to ensure better customer experience .
Good understanding of MS Excel & Power Point to work on data set & provide business intelligence.
