Job Description


JOB ROLE:

  • Ensuring delivery of quality service to clients
  • Ensuring all customer queries are attended to and resolved within the prescribed TAT
  • Ensuring strict adherence to process, audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Active interaction/liasioning with other support teams like Branches; RPC; Product, Ops; LCC; IT etc. to speed up customer requests
  • Relationship building with both external and internal stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Banking operations
  • Should be familiar with Finacle, Dot Net and SIEBEL
  • Advance knowledge of Excel, Word & PPT
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Good communication abilities
  • Customer service oriented
