Overall Purpose of The Job
To provide administrative support to the PSC Specialists in the preparation and execution of Port State Control screening on managed vessels, therefore ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance are maintained.
managing the invoicing, Co-ordination part of PSC supdt attendances.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Safety:
Safety is our priority, and the PSC Specialist has the responsibility of ensuring managed vessels calling in high risk PSC areas are fully prepared ahead of arrival. The PSC Administrator shall ensure new tickets raised are correctly assigned to Cluster PSC Specialist, with the appropriate priority status
Customer:
The PSC Administrator is responsible shall for engaging with our internal customers in line with our \xe2\x80\x9cPost-inspection\xe2\x80\x9d process, and closing down tickets within Freshdesk.
Ownership:
The PSC Administrator shall be responsible for maintaining a library of Country and port-specific checks extracted from external tools such as DNV Veracity and Class NK. This library and action points can then be updated in Shipsure Country & port Alerts.
Monitor:
Monitor the volume of tickets being generated in each cluster, and re-allocate open tickets accordingly.
Reporting:
To prepare productivity month end reports for the Director of Operations Centre & Industry Engagement
